Does anyone know where i can get one? I'd like it to be a nice solid barrel that is still water tight.

I don't know how much i want to pay yet, as this idea just came to me, and I haven't fully thought out all of the details.

Wooden barrels can be expensive, particularly new ones that are water tight. If you're trying to brew some 'ale or something that you'll actually consume you'll want a virgin oak or similar - which requires a skilled craftsman to make. No glue or anything to taper with your taste, just steamed wood and a few iron rings

You can actually buy the used wooden barrels at a few of the shops just up the road from the Jack Daniel's Distillery for pretty damn cheap if I remember correctly.
