This phone is $200 on Sprint right now with a two year contract so $350 w/o contract isn't a bad deal. I work at Best Buy Mobile and this phone is pretty sweet but does REQUIRE a data plan.

The price is not too bad since it just got launched. Especially if you wanted one but are not upgrade eligible. I would just call sprint and threaten to cancel to get one though.
