the pros:
- the house is in a really nice neighborhood, very quiet, beautiful yards
- rather enjoyable 15 minute (1 mile) walk to the main part of campus, same distance to cameron village
- your bedroom is large enough for a desk, twin or double bed, chest of drawers, night stand, and there's still plenty of room. i think it's 10x12' but i'll have to measure it.
- decent sized fenced in backyard, patio, very chill place to hang out with squirrels and other critters
- i'm a great roomate... keep common areas clean, very considerate
- the house is fully furnished, i have any furniture for your room should you lack something (bed, TV, dresser, vanity table, etc)
- free wireless internet in the back yard (compliments of the neighbors)
- i'm an artist, so there's plenty of cool shit to look at on the walls

the cons:
- no cable or internet inside, if you want to pay for it, that's fine, but it's all you!
- there are some ghosts, but they're friendly
- i'm in the process of fixing up the house, so if you're terribly ocd, this probably isn't a great habitat.
- no parties... a few people over every once in a while is fine, but it's a family-ish neighborhood and parents start bitching when car doors wake their kids up

your share of the utilities (elec., gas, water, trash) will run on average $100-150 a month.
