all i have left from my big cyst that was on my back 2+ years ago (been there for ~10 years overall) is a gnarly looking scar.... came to a 'head' and hurt like a motherfucker the last week or so before I ripped it open. a solid ball of gunk came out a little smaller than the diameter of a dime. then a bunch more goop came out, the next day i got the last remaining chunks (it had spread sideways somehow, think a tap root like a ball with sheet like roots coming from it)

I had a cyst on the side of my face (like right at the front of my hair line in front of my ear) that got infected a few years ago. the smell of cutting one of those open is unimaginably bad. for the next few weeks after i had to stick these Q-tip like things (smaller than normal ones) in it to put some disinfectant shit the doc gave me. it felt like it was going in over an inch..very weird feeling lol. had another one on the opposite side that never got infected but i stuck a need in it and got it to pop. it shot shit to the opposite side of my car a few days later when i was messing with it. literally put a stain on the door.

last one left on my face is right on my cheek. you can barely see it because of where it's at.. but that bitch is coming out sooner or later. i've been promising m2c a video of it for years now, haha.

it's about marble sized. i've put a syringe in it before but it was too small to do much. sucked out some but kept getting clogged up and i couldn't get a hole big enough to actually push anything out. didn't really wanna mess with it too much since it's right on the side of my face..scar there wouldn't be pretty. sooner or later i'll get a bigger needle and drain it, or go to the doc. no telling which.

you don't want one, you won't be able to lean against anything (if it's on your back) any sort of pressure gets really uncomfortable really quickly, the popping only relieves that pain (the hole hurts a bit) but then you have to worry about secondary infection (keeping crap out of it)
