Rescued a kitten that someone threw out of a car. Yes, actually threw out of a moving car!
She is a very cute and exeptionally sweet black/brown kitten exactly 1lbs 2oz. Took her to the vet b/c her eyes were infected. After 5 days of antibiotics (5 more days left to finish the meds) her eyes are cleared up!
I cannot keep her. I live in a 900 sq ft house with three dogs, one of which want to make a squeeky toy out of her. If I cannot find a home for her in the next few days I will be forced to take her to a shelter. I've asked everyone I know and every stranger I run into! I'm desperate to find this lil kitty a home.
I will give you everything you need, a litter box and litter, a bag of dry food and several cans of wet food and the rest of her meds!
She is very very sweet and loves to fall asleep on your shoulder. I will post pics if you would like!
Please help us find her a good home! I don't want to have to take her to a shelter but I just can't keep her.

I might be interested, the only thing is we also have a border collie. She is a very good dog, but she has a tendency to stalk small animals. I really think if we got a kitten young enough we could get it used to her, and the dog would leave her alone after a while, but we'd have to see. Could we do this on a trial basis, maybe a week and see if the dog will accept her? 9/12/2009 5:54:51 PM |

Oh that is terrible! I'm glad she's okay. I wish you could have gotten a license plate number so you could have reported them.  I would take her but I don't think my dog would get along with her. I hope you find someone!!

petejames we would be more than happy to have you take her, even on a trial basis! She isn't scared of our three dogs and will even stalk them when they want nothing to do with her!
