The last hydro test was performed 4/06
Last visual inspection was about 2 weeks ago. This can be verified through Down Under Scuba in Cary.
Right now it is completely full. ~3000 psi.

Are you sure it's not a Luxfer tank? I've never heard of Nautilus as a tank manufacturer. Also, do you know how old it is and approximately how many times it's been filled/overfilled, and whether or not it is O2 clean or Nitrox clean?

And does it come with the valve?

No I'm not sure. The sticker on it says Nautilus. I bought it used about 3 years ago and I have had it filled about 20 times. The most it's ever been filled is 3100 maybe 2 or 3 times. Prior to me owning it I can't say. Yes, it comes with the valve. I'm not sure of it's O2 clean or nitrox. I have only ever had air in it.
