A couple of my friends and I go out quite regularly for drinks. I was just wondering if anyone knew what places had good drink specials and on what nights. We live out near Chapel Hill, but would be willing to drive a little bit if the specials were good enough. We normally go up to Spice Street in CH for Martini night on Thursdays, but we are looking to try something else once in a while. Any ideas? 9/28/2009 11:05:00 PM |

On Monday nights Flying Saucer has $2.75 pints
Foster's has $2.75 Bud Light bottles every day Specialty Martini's for $5 on Wed.
Are you looking just for martinis or anything? 9/28/2009 11:37:20 PM |

Tonight PB's has 'free beer' but I think you pay $6 to get in.
Foster's has free dinner at 7pm then 2.75 BudLight bottles, 3.50 vodka wells, 5 soco and lime, and 5 jagerbombs 10/1/2009 8:57:08 AM |

^^^All of those threads are either related to restaurant specials or to a specific night drink special. I asked a much broader question relating to any day of the week. I don't generally drink that much on Sunday or Monday, so none of those threads answered my question...thanks. 10/1/2009 1:06:43 PM |

Why would you care about drink specials when the ABC store has Vladmir half gallons for like $10 every day? It doesn't get much more special than that. 10/1/2009 2:02:50 PM |

those threads also provide websites such as:

which have much broader lists relating to any day of the week... you're welcome 10/1/2009 2:43:35 PM |

don't you have a child several children you should be taking care of instead of trying to find drink specials for every night of the week?

^OMG I HAVE 2 KIDS AND I CAN NEVER HAVE A DRINK AGAIN!!!! I'm pretty sure being a parent doesn't ban me from having a drink with friends after work while my husband puts the kids to bed. Shut the fuck up with your holier-than-thou bullshit and stay out of my thread if you have nothing to add about drink specials.
^^and I didn't read through each thread in its entirety, so I must have missed those links. My bad and yes, thank you those are helpful.

Yes, going out once or twice a month is so not spending time with my kids. Regularly does not mean every night or every week.

Justin, stfu.
Seeing as how my wife is with our children 24/7, she has every right to go out for a drink once in a while. I do the same when I get a chance. Our occasional night out in no way compromises our relationship with our children or each other. Though I don't really find a need to explain anything to you, I don't take it lightly when someone pretty much calls my wife a bad mother, even on a message board. So back off and quit trolling. 10/1/2009 10:43:07 PM |

^^^ Blue Martini has changed their specials. Martinis are now $6 on Monday, and it's only a section of the menu, not all martinis. 10/2/2009 12:20:06 PM |
