a friend of mine recently purchased a brother MFC7340 all-in-one laser printer...from the beginning, all of the pages have been printing with a gray background...he's checked the settings and cleaned it, but nothing changes
i've read online everything from crappy cartridge (though usually happens with aftermarket or refilled units) to bad drum to dirty paper, but i haven't found anything definite...suggestions? 10/7/2009 10:13:39 AM |

^ i've owned 2 brother all-in-one laser units over the past 4 years (stil have them both), and we use them exclusively at work...never had a single issue with any of them and the toner is cheaper than all others
