I just started looking into 960 because of that skeleton link. I feel dumb for not using it earlier.

Does anyone have a rotated widescreen monitor? I just rotated mine and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it. My IDE is a bit narrow, but I can read 100 lines of code at once.

and if you're on a mac, and you don't use LESS.app, you're a chump

specificity calculations are basic-ass CSS 101? I also didn't know the use of CSS frameworks handled specificity for you. woops

I actually picked up SASS only last week. I accepted long ago that I will probably always be an amateur

Before I got my current job, I applied for contract position for a firm that does mostly custom Sharepoint deployments. A lot of my interview was spent answering how I would slice up designs into tables. I felt dirty afterwards.

I'm getting really tired of the whole feature vs. bug dance with customers .

We both know its a bug our standard product but I have to toe the company line and talk about why its a feature.

^Wow that really blows. One of the things I actually do appreciate about MS is the transparency with customers about bugs and broken shit.

looks really neat though i'm not sure how much it does with actual layout

would save a ton of time on gradients, bevels, borders, etc.etc. though

doesn't do anything with layout, that's all down to you. but layout is simple. it is simply amazing. I will never work on a project without it again.

"Hey can you get me a larger version of that image"

How large? Specific dimensions?

"You know, big, whatever"

Here is a larger version

"Can you make one larger than that"

I've been doing this for a week
