I've got a place off Kaplan $300 a month + utlities. Room is 9.5 x 11. The rent would be from Jan-June.

My husband and I live near Garner HS...it's about 13-15 minutes to centennial from our driveway (I've made it in 9 minutes), and 10-14 to western/avent ferry intersection. We have a Raleigh address, live near downtown (aha) garner, but aren't in any city limits

I have a cat and a rabbit, and he has a cocker spaniel. We have a large fenced yard, and a badass kitchen.

Pricing is negotiable. As long as you use water and electricity wisely (we're a wee bit hippie-ish), we would only charge you rent.
