Hi! I'm currently a sophomore and I need somone to take over my lease. The lease runs from January 2010 to July 2010. The apartment should be ready in mid-late December so if you decide to move in then your December rent will be paid for by me! Yay.

The apartment is in UWoods on the second floor. You will be living with three other girls who are very kind and clean. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom. The room has a walk in closet, wireless internet, and your own bathroom. Washer, dryer, stove, oven is included. There is also a microwave which was supplied by one of the girls.

Rent is $320 a month plus 1/4 of utilities which usually run from $35-$45 per month. And no pets sorry!
