some folks i know live there, (master swim team) bit pricey but nice if you like that style

there is something similar but even more 'remote' / gated where i helped a friend of mine and his brother move a massive piece of granite that they got for free (counter top) from a place like that, i think it was more of a renovated mill or something.

I use to live off University Drive and then in Colonial Village. We were really pleased with the areas we resided in. But when hey decided to raise our rent that is when we decided it was time to move and buy a townhouse somewhere else and lay to rest the renting lifestyle.
