terran is slighty OP.

the only good counter for protoss to the terran tier 1 bioball MMM are tier 3 units like collusi and templar. otherwise the toss has to do something really "cute" like 4 gate, and I've heard nony's can work well against terran, but see it works better in PvZ and PvP.
it's also much easier for terran to tech switch/"counter"
there's also a hellion drop 1/1/2 build that is extremely tough for protoss to beat.

It isn't too hard to get respectable if you know what you're doing. My previous RTS experience was AOE 1 and 2, CNC3 and RA3, and Halo Wars on the 360.

Watch replays and play games and you figure out a lot of things. I understand protoss builds and all the protoss matchups very well. I know what to expect, and what I should try to do. Didn't take long to get that part. Learning multiple races can take a while, but if you can learn the basics of each it'll really help you when you scout and whatnot.

in 2 months almost, I've gone from what would be a copper level play, to what is probably platinium level play. I can do various builds, know how they work against different builds, how good players will react to the build, and how i can expose their reaction (ex. void ray harrass forces marines and potentially turrets. easy add chargelots + gg)
