this will be the same as ReceiveDeath's Name That NES Tune thread (originally PrufrockNCSU's idea); I'm just starting all the way over

rules are same as before

RULES:

1) Give me the title of the NES game whose music is contained in the video.
2) One guess per post! Only the first guess will be counted.
3) No editing of your post in any way, or it will be disqualified.
4) Type out the full title, or as much as you can - Not all abbreviations are acceptable.

and who knows; the winner of this one might receive a gaming surprise from BubbleBobble's personal collection!

ok, I'm going to do one in a minute, but since it's the only one I have done, I can't make any guarantees, or even approximations as to when the next question is going to be

I was tentatively thinking I would schedule each question to be posted at a certain time, but I am thinking that random times might be better, as some people probably wouldn't be able to get online at the time I might have decided upon

NICE GOING! That was a tough one, ElGimpy! Correct, the answer is Bubble Bobble! I was hoping no one would get it that quickly, but whatever; I'm trying to make the questions easier

and FTR, the arcade version of the theme is easier on the ears - I'm not so big of a fan of this one (the NES one)

ElGimpy takes question 4, and jumps out to an early lead! The correct answer is Double Dragon. I remember this theme being from Battle Mode, but mostly because I never bothered to get that far in the game with my friends cause they never had the attention span for it

and actually, that's not true; I used to play the arcade version all the time and got pretty far - I guess cause the graphics and music were better
