Hopefully you like these bands if you clicked on the thread.
They are two of my favorite and I chose them because I like at least 90% of all their songs. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any bands that are similar because I don't have a good way of finding music and find it hard to listen to music I don't like.
I made this thread because I read that the guy from RED helped Breaking Benjamin write some songs on Dear Agony so I looked them up and they were good.
Since I've never heard of RED I guess you can see that even naming fairly popular bands may be a surprise to me.
Please don't use RED as a reference though because I don't like a lot of there stuff so you may be making a recommendation based on their songs I don't like.

Breaking Benjamin is probably the most groundbreaking, influential rock band of the 00's. 12/13/2009 3:17:59 AM |

Breaking Benjamin really isn't all that bad for your generic post-grunge rock. Three Days Grace can do whatever for all I care, though.
Chevelle is sometimes a winner, less than often. 12/15/2009 6:08:57 PM |

3 Days Grace is better than BB.. I'm drunk, so I'll respond to this topic..
Seether might be better than both of them, Saving Abel does a decent job, Shinedown, maybe a couple other bands that start with S... 12/17/2009 2:19:22 AM |

I like a lot of Seethers stuff but they sound different to me. Not a big fan of Saving Abel. A lot of Shinedowns earlier stuff is very similar but I've known about them for a while.
Thanks for the suggestions. 12/19/2009 8:01:26 PM |
