I bought this on bluray the other day and last night went to download the digital copy onto my computer. After going through all the code/password entering crap, it takes about 10min and I get the copy onto itunes. When i go to play it, it's just a gray screen with no video/sound for the entire length of the movie...what gives?

it says it's mp4 format, do i just not have the right codec or something? Or did the download f up on me? I have Windows 7 64-bit and the latest version of itunes (downloaded it last night)

Did you download it in Itunes? Or are you just trying to play it with Itunes, if the latter, do what ^ said.

i downloaded it in itunes, had to enter my itunes password and all that. In fact, I tried to open up quicktime and play it through there and it gave me some error saying it can only be played through itunes.



i emailed itunes support, so hopefully they'll get back to me. I'll try to download teh digital copy again if i can, maybe through windows media player instead, idk

like they said, if you downloaded it thru iTunes then it should play in iTunes. I use VLC for everything as it plays nearly everything, but sounds like yours should play in iTunes. Has iTunes been updated?

k here's what the itunes guy told me to do

1. Close itunes

2. Go to the itunes file in your computer and delete the SC info folder

3. Restart Computer

4. Log onto itunes, enter ID/password.

5. profit.


and it worked.
