http://raleigh.craigslist.org/msg/1537138193.html $500 firm

Quote :
"I am selling my '09 Ibanez SR505, it's in mint condition and comes with a lightweight but sturdy road case. This guitar has a beautiful, precise tone provided by passive Bartollini pickups and an active on-board EQ that affords the player a wide range of tonal shaping. The higher registers are bright and clean while the lows are punchy with a mean growl, all on top of being a visual masterpiece. And, of course, Ibanez has the art of a bass neck down to a science-- I've sworn by the Soundgear line for some time.

Asking $500 firm, which is a very fair price for an essentially brand-new SR505 and case. It kills me to let her go but due to a theft that has put me in a tough spot I need to sell ASAP, call ANY TIME at (704)902.0436. The large picture is a stock photo of the model and the second is of the actual guitar and case. The strap pictured in the latter is not included. I can meet you anywhere in greater Raleigh, any time day or night."

don't worry...for $500, you'll be keeping it, so it should not a big deal

not go pee on your parade, as a guitar player myself and having bought 3 off here, i know.

I also know that yours ain't worth no $500. A more fair asking price would be about $300-$350.

If I had any kind of money, I would help you out and purchase this from you, buddy. Sorry I can't.

Ansonian, regardless of what you do or do not know about this bass, what justification do you have for your estimation of its worth? Is it based on fair-market value, your assumption of quality, or are you just pulling figures out of your ass? Anyway, will you shut the fuck up man I'm just trying to make a buck here in my time of need

I actually bought it new with the case for nearly 800, so for me 500 is a fair asking price for a new instrument. And besides, this guitar still sells new for ~575-600 without a case. Yes, I absolutely know it makes no difference what I paid for it, and I only listed it on brentroad/thewolfweb/lowball.com out of obligation. Someone on Craigslist will buy it, I've already had a lot of interest.

gah you people are like the cockblockers of finances
