Got this by playing a Holiday Party for the airline. It's a ROUND TRIP ticket for one. It has NO restrictions. It's completely transferable and goes anywhere the airline flies to from any airport they are located. You don't have to fly out of RDU. Valid til Dec. 2010. Would like to get around $200 for it. If you are heading out west it's a steal. Would consider a trade for something (I don't know what....but I expect a few surprises)
