I can't get it to open with Ctrl N or by selecting it from the drop down menu. Ctrl T works fine but I need multiple windows, not just multiple tabs 1/7/2010 12:36:25 PM |

drag a tab out of the current browsing window. This usually opens the tab as a new window... 1/7/2010 12:37:31 PM |

What operating system are you running, Firefox version and have you installed any add-ons for Firefox? 1/7/2010 3:15:14 PM |

Windows 7, the latest version (not in front of the computer right now) of FF, no add ons. I ran the FF update a few days ago, but the change didn't occur until today. 1/7/2010 3:28:09 PM |

You need to actually check to see if there are any addons installed. Sometimes antivirus and other software installs them for you.
I'm not at firefox now but I think it's tools then addons. Then there should be some way to see installed addons from the popup window. List them out here if there are any. 1/7/2010 5:34:38 PM |
