Thats right, quality Kaplan Living for only 250/m with no deposit. (this aint no Lake Park!) its a great quality build of a place. you cant hear neighbors through the walls... the neighborhood has tons of other state kids.

I've had a few roommates move out recently so i've been covering the whole rent myself (850 i have bigger room)
I have 2 rooms available.

If you know where kaplan dr is, you know that its a hop, skip and a jump to campus or otherwise. there's no minimum stay, i just ask that you stay at least 2 months. (you can stay temporarily if you like)


and at 250 to move in (as long as you dont break anything) you should be fine.

I listen to metal music, and play world of warcraft all day unless i'm at work. which pretty much describes my lifestle. but i'm to myself for the most part.

Oh Yeah, and I pay utilities! (Sound too good to be true! well.. you'll have to check it out to find this steal.. because allot of people are considering it right now.)
I dont have cable, but we do have internet.
