There is very little singing in post rock anyway, but I hope not. They sounded awesome the one time I've heard them. I just hope they don't shake my tools off the walls

No lift but its a composite fab shop primarily anyway. I would love a lift though. Next garage perhaps.

Its not a concrete slab, so I'm not sure if a lift would work without some steel beamage laid down, but the ceiling is only 9' anyway, and you can't drive in without some crazy custom ramps. I'm moving my composite toy shop out of my attic, so its a huge upgrade for me anyway, and I don't have much need for a lift til I start building cars sometime in the future...
