I am moving out of my townhouse and this is leaving an opening here. Rent is $400/mo + utilities. You would actually be renting out two separate smaller bedrooms so you could use one as an office/study/storage if you want. Two other guys living here. One is civil engineering who is graduating this semester, hoping to stay in Raleigh. Other is a junior in mechanical engineering. Both really cool and fun to hang out with. The neighbors are really cool and fun to hang out with but everyone knows how to get their work done as well. One dog lives here who is very well behaved.

This is available immediately but I am currently trying to pay two rents as I move so if you could move in a week into February I would pay 1/4th of the rent. Two weeks, 1/2 etc. Also, there is a $400 security deposit. Send a PM or post here.
