Anyone have one of these, the military docs misdiagnosed this as a torn rotator cuff, and even had me do 6 months of rehab for a torn rotator cuff....at least now I may get surgery.

I had one and waited 7 years before I got it repaired. Its been over a year, been to 2 different PTs and its still fucked up. But your mileage may vary.

I had it and waited 3 years to get it fixed. It was painful so I feel for you. My surgery took about 4 hrs, and afterward I had to wear one of the sling/strap things to reduce movement for about a month and a half. PT took 6 months i didnt really get full range back until 9 months. Mine is still somewhat tight and it was 5 years ago.

I messed it up either by rock climbing, racquetball or trying to move an AIM-9 missile and just tweaked it some how.
