They ought to just mass produce the shit out of thin mints year round and sell them at Sam's, Costco, and BJ's in 100, 250, 500, and 1000 count packages. Girl Scouts would be supported year round without the door-to-door nonsense.

Oh, and Boy Scouts get WAY better prizes for selling popcorn than Girl Scouts do for selling cookies. I remember getting a 3 person tent and a 19" TV one year for selling popcorn, and the girl down the street who sold an equally valued load of cookies got a t-shirt and a water bottle.
