Price and Shuler are almost on opposite ends of the political spectrum (despite party affiliation) so if they are agreeing on something, it might be worth investigating.

I'm going to go ahead and sum up the next few posts:

it should be privatized, there is no such natural thing as a public good, rational individuals and property rights, something about allowing ads on the parkway, so on.
