^^^I heard you shouldn't use it more than twice a day and only for 3 days, or it could plug your nose. I've used it for 4 days before and that didn't happen. Nasal decongestant pills suck because about an hour later I still can't breathe.

Rebound congestion is THE WORST.
I avoid those nose sprays like the plague.
I have to be absolutely miserable to even think about touching it after going through hell in HS to get off of the stuff.

^I only use it when my nose is totally plugged when I have a cold. That only happens about once, or twice a year.

the trick is to only use it in one nostril for a while. always worked for me.. i'd only use it on one side until the other side finally wasn't addicted lol.. then stop using it and could still breath out of one side
