As someone who lived off Western for about five or six years, there are way too many damn people walking across that road. Given the three major stoplights between Gorman and Method, where all the walking takes place, I really have no patience for people who can't cross at the light, especially because a lot of them are just strolling along.

When you're walking on a road, the least you can do is move your fat ass and LOOK like you're trying to hustle.

i do have issue with people who just stroll casually into a busy thoroughfare during rush hour traffic as if the other hundreds of cars in the area aren't driving to or from work and you crossing the street at your leisure is the most important thing going on in the world

i see tons of black folks with these, but never see tons of black folks in the mountains. most of those that i see with these plates are thugs driving cars similar to the hello kitty peptomobile that was caught in that chase today.

I have seen a lot of blacks with these plates as well...i mean most likely they enjoy hiking i know i do

but those plates typically are owned by people that hike extensively enough that they actually are known by their trail names and often have that name on the plate

i live in rocky mount, where the black population is 95% thug/hood and 5% normal. it's not like i see one of these just every once in a while. i'll see several just in a trip from my house to target. it's the weirdest thing.

it's not just here though. i see it on 64 and in raleigh too.
