Starting in August, my townhouse will be available for rent. It is one of the 3 story basement units. Upstairs is the master suite with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. On the main floor is the family room, half bath, and a large kitchen along with deck access. Downstairs is one additional bedroom, one bathroom and a large bonus room. Included with the house are access to both the pool and exercise room for the community.
The house is ~2200 square feet and rent is $1600/month. The house will be available in August and I am looking for a 10-12 month lease to coincide with the school year.
