Yo, so I know a bunch of y'all used to work at rental properties. My employer, Yardi Systems, is getting ready to hire some new support technicians for the Client Services Department here in Raleigh. If you've ever used Yardi software (Genesis, Enterprise, Voyager), you've got a leg up on the competition.

Basically, you'll be providing phone support to property managers who use our property management & accounting software. It's a complex product, but if you have previous experience in property management, you'll find it straightforward.

You don't even need a particularly technical background or direct experience with the product. If you're unemployed or just need better work, and this kind of thing sounds like something you could do and might be interested in, PM me.
