I can't really think of a way to do this, even with CALDAV support and Sunbird. Basically I have a shared calendar from one google apps account that is end all/be all. Windows Mobile/Activesync will only push one calendar (your main google calendar). GoogleSync for outlook will also, only sync your main Outlook calendar. Below was my thought process and/or what I've tried. Am I missing something simple here?
1)Change Outlook's main calendar to CALDAV/iCAL/XML calendar in question. Sync with google utility. 2)Clone/Mirror two separate remote calendars on Sunbird. 3)Change Google Account's main calendar to shared calendar in question. (You can gain some control over sync options for iPhones, but not ActiveSync/Exchange https://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/yourdomain.com/iphoneselect ) 3/30/2010 2:13:10 PM |

just view it tbh. I don't want to keep importing it every day. I would just add that account, but with WinMo, you can't have one account for your calendar and another for your push email.

If it's a shared calendar it should more 'overlay' in google calendar than 'replace.' Your problem is that the shared events are not getting pushed to your device correctly? 3/31/2010 6:39:53 AM |

Basically WinMo sucks. I can't add a calendar separate from my push email/exchange account. brian@mydomain.com should be pushing email and admin@mydomain.com is the calendar I want to see updated on the fly. With iPhone or BB, the people can use different calendars as their defaults, but it seems I'm forced to find a solution that will populate brian@mydomain.com's calendar with all events from admin@mydomain.com. -- Does that make sense? 4/5/2010 12:47:20 PM |
