Lol my bad....townhomes FOR RENT around $900-$950. Would prefer central to north Raleigh but it's not that imperative.

just went through the townhome search in north raleigh, didn't find much. Got a great one in brier creek (in the country club) for right around a grand. there's a few more available from what I saw, might want to check there.

Avera Place is across T.W. Alexander from Brier Creek. Rent was $900 a month when we lived there.
