I have a room available for sublease through The Preiss Co at Univeristy Village through the end of the Summer. I have 3 room mates (all guys) smoker friendly and all go to school/work. Ages are 22/23/22 and 2 have girl friends. Never had large parties, just casual drinking on the weekends/breaks.

It is a corner room on the 1st floor towards the rear of UVillage next to the road (not the very back). Patio with visitor spots directly across from the apt.

It will cost $150 to process the sublease

Okay, I'm not subleasing your shitty room, but I have to ask--did you like this place?

I signed a lease with UVillage on Thursday (within 24 hours of the viewing, so I got 240 off my rent, or 20 dollars a month), utilities and furniture package included (furniture is nice, they had just been putting the new ones out).

Did you like this place? It certainly seems better than the other places I was looking at, despite being owned by Preiss. The pool wasn't even filled with water and there was 10 chicks suntanning in the window of the leasing office (very tactical), which is good for the most part I suppose.
