Looking for a place in student housing this summer? This is the place to be!

I'm moving into a new place soon and I am looking for someone to sublease my room til my lease expires. It's a pretty standard 4 Bedroom, 4 bath apartment. Large walk in closet and bathroom in each room. Modern appliances. Rooms are about 12'x12'. Our unit has a large patio for grillin' or chillin'. Also has a nice community pool.

One roommate is moving out in May. Sublease fee is $100. Rent + Utilities is $495 a month. Lease could begin as early as May 1st. My lease ends August 6th.
