Looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my 2 BR townhome in Alexander Townes @ Brier Creek. The community is on the "Carolina Alehouse Side" of Brier Creek for those that are familiar with the area.

I'm a young professional (26) graduate of the NC State MAC program (recently passed the CPA exam) and I work at an accounting firm in Raleigh, NC.

Looking for clean, respectful like-minded roomate with similar interests. Hobbies/Interests include : Staying Fit ( gym, running at the lake/park), Carolina Hurricanes Hockey, NC State Football, cheering against the Tarholes, traveling as the budget allows, and going out to the bars. I'm trying to find time to train for some marathons - and it would be awesome if I could find a roomate with a similar interest in fitness to motivate - although not required by any means. Favorites include local bars at Brier Creek (Trali Irish Pub, Chilis/Applebees, Carolina Alehouse), and downtown (Flying Saucer, Raleigh Times, Boylan Bridge, etc.) Pictures attached. Room includes own private hall bath, ceiling fan, closet, and awesome view of the wooded backyard (as opposed to the parking lot). I am gay, and I expect the roomate to be cool with it.

For those unfamiliar with the Brier Creek area - Lots of shopping & restaurants around, and it's about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Raleigh and Chapel Hill. RTP and the RDU airport are less than 5 minutes away. Great Location if you work in RTP, North Raleigh, or the western part of Raleigh.

$500/month + utilities
