So my knees aren't exactly in the best of conditions; almost every bend makes them pop and they are often sore.

For the last month and half, I have had practically no pain in my knees... until last night. They didn't hurt at all, all day long, until I tried to go sleep. After about half an hour, my left knee started to hurt something so fierce I couldn't sleep. And after I did fall asleep, I ground my teeth so hard that I woke up.

It's not weird at all son. A front moved through, weather changes can affect your joints. The pressure dropped from what it was yesterday son.
