Ikea Sultan Hasselback mattress, relatively firm, still in good shape, no sagging or anything, Has some slight staining but it has been cleaned. They don't sell it anymore but it was their top of the line spring mattress at the time - $100

Depends on the car, but I would suggest at least a pickup truck. Even broken down the pieces are long, and the headboard is like 3x5 square or so.
