Just got back from Bojangles...

1. The cajun chicken/egg/cheese/country ham biscuit was all that I hoped it could be and more.
2. I decided rather than explaining this dream biscuit to the cashier, that I would just order the chicken filet biscuit combo (avec egg et cheese of course) and a separate country ham biscuit and combine manually. This may be the best route to go for two reasons: i. they could ring up the custom biscuit wrong, and/or ii. they may not place the country ham in your ideal layering order (e.g. mine is chicken/ham/egg/cheese).
3. The total came to $7.85, as I went with the regular sweet tea, rather than large. I was dining in as it were, and therefore would have access to refills as needed. If you order this meal to go, I strongly recommend the large sweet tea, as you will need all of it to wash down the week's worth of sodium you are about to ingest.
4. I decided to use a little mayo on the bottom biscuit half, and dip the whole thing in cajun hot sauce as I went.
(side note: I also like to mix hot sauce in my ketchup to give it a kick with the seasoned fries. I'm not satisfied unless my food is also eating me.)
5. I don't feel so good, and I may need to leave work early.

Here's what she looks like:

I would've switched the egg and the ham. In your current arrangement, the salty ham juices will trickle down to the chicken and be overpowered, rendering them essentially moot. With my deviation, the ham will saturate the egg, injecting even more flavor into an already delectable meal. Small potatoes, but it could be a game changer.

^^I think when he does announce it, it should be made into a new thread. Cause I'll never find it in here, wading through all the cheese and egg.

I'd have to go ham on bottom to maximize the salty shock to the tastebuds. Then chicken, topped with egg, then cheese. Either way, I know what I'm having Saturday morning.

I'm with you. The only complaint I had. But who sends food back at Bojangles? Just had to rough it out.

Any higher quality pics? Having a debate here over whether the ham is smoked or dry cured.

as i already mentioned, might as well throw a sausage patty on there too.

and i'm surprised nobody's suggested putting it betwen two cinamon or bo-berry biscuits.

A cheesy bo biscuit would be better. We need a drooling emoticon.

bojangles bacon has always been cooked way too crispy for my taste, and sausage is just way too much. I think in the back of my mind this made the most since in a chicken cordon bleu kind of way.

Well, curiosity paired with boredom led me to Bojangle's website in an effort to determine the nutritional info for this masterpiece. It was a bit tricky, but by adding the nutrition facts for a cajun filet biscuit, a country ham biscuit and an egg+cheese biscuit, then subtracting 2 x Plain Biscuit, I got the following numbers:

825 Calories
468 Cal from Fat
52 Fat (g)
24 Sat Fat (g)
0 Trans Fat (g)
259 Cholesterol (mg)
47 Carbs (g)
2240 Sodium (mg)
11 Sugar (g)
41 Protein(g)
2 Dietary Fiber

US recommends an upper limit of 2300 mg of Sodium/day.

See I'm sure one or two jackasses want to complain about how this is off topic and should be stopped, but this is EXACTLY why TWW >>>>>>> other NCSU sites..

A new thread is fine but as soon as real info and not dumb speculation comes out it'll snap back on topic in an instant..

I always read the threads but i rarely post. i have been following this one closely of course. I am currently out of town but yesterday i went out alone, found a bojangles and ordered the southern filet egg cheese and ham biscuit combo. 7.85. couldnt really taste the chicken, but it was great and i chuckled to myself when i unwrapped the damn thing.
