I'm looking at a property on wakegov.com and i'm trying to decipher what's going on with the "notes" section, things like:

JSD/BOE APPEAL APPLICATION REQUESTED F2003

Looks like something about a high paid lawyer (JSD) and the board of education (BOE). Someone is probably pissed about what school they're assigned to

board of equalization, board of elections ?

board of equalization appeal, prob didn't approve of the property value for taxes. don't know what jsd means.

that would make more sense out considering its an abandoned building with land valued at 8 mil
