or I have found a solution to the f'n not logged into brentroad.com crap I get when people post links from brentroad.com search or picture gallaries. CrazyJ had done this previously but I didn't know why (or see the logic). When you post links to things on tww, just post the part of the link beyond the .com... This will be mo better for everyone. IE I won't have to go into the URL box and type out 'thewolfweb' where 'brentroad' used to be.user_info.aspx?user=1165You could just log into both but the above description prevents the need and helps the n00bs out. So use it vs. the long version.

does it really matter, long or short??

^^ it does matter. the length is not the problem. It is the fact that you could be logged in on tww and have a link to brentroad and not be logged in. Note the difference when you would be just logged in to tww. You would have some problems if you weren't logged in to the other domain, aka you would have to log in again.http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_search.aspx?type=posts§ion=10&searchstring=cool&username=&usertype=match&sortby=date&sortorder=descending&page=http://www.brentroad.com/message_search.aspx?type=posts§ion=10&searchstring=cool&username=&usertype=match&sortby=date&sortorder=descending&page=/message_search.aspx?type=posts§ion=10&searchstring=cool&username=&usertype=match&sortby=date&sortorder=descending&page=[Edited on September 3, 2002 at 10:31 AM.
