My roommate and I are looking for people to sublet our rooms for the summer (June 1 to August 1, 2010).

Rent is $475/month and includes water,cable and internet. May be willing to negotiate the rent. There are two rooms available.

The house is just off Hillsborough St across from NCSU's main campus at 20 Bagwell Ave. It takes me 5 minutes to walk to the brickyard, 3 on bike.
