We should all follow NASA's lead!

I heard it runs on the tears of assholes that want to end the space program.
5/11/2010 8:32:32 PM
it actually does use whale oil as it's primary lubricant. whale oil performs extremely well under extreme cold conditions.
5/11/2010 8:33:26 PM
Why the hell would anyone oil a whale?
5/11/2010 9:37:31 PM
I watched a documentary about whaling last night...scooping oil out of a whale's head would have sucked balls.
5/11/2010 9:42:05 PM
What's so bad about having your balls sucked?
5/11/2010 9:45:04 PM
it's the sucking of someone else's balls, obviously.

This was on the America: Story of Us thing on History Channel. I saw that shit last night and was like WTF, the most advanced telescope ever, costing shit tons of money and orbiting us in space is using damn whale oil!

5/11/2010 9:52:35 PM
^^yeah, that's why I A posted about it... of course the show played it up like it used whale oil as fuel or something.

based on the quality of the pictures is produces I'll kill off 80% of the whale population myself to fuel that bad boy.

^^I'm actually watching TNG right now.[Edited on May 11, 2010 at 10:05 PM. Reason : .]

i was also watching America: the story of us, and i think it lost credibility when i saw Sean "P Diddy" Combs and Al Sharpton as partial hostsalso, i didn't like how the show portrayed the civil war.
5/11/2010 10:15:37 PM
what didn't you like?let me guess, that it was about slavery
5/11/2010 10:50:31 PM
^^it seems to have a very northern slant. not just the civil war, but the series in general. I still think it's a great series.

^^^,^^yea, it just seemed like it had a northern slant. the series just made it seem like the south didn't have a chance to win because they were too stupid to build railroads and build telegraph systems. they failed to mention the shear volume of the forces (2 mil in the north vs 1 mil in the south). they also never went in to great detail of sherman's march, or the economic destruction of the south. and then, of all people, al sharpton had to throw his two cents in, and i have no respect for him at all. other than that, i have been dvr'ing the series and have been entertained.
5/11/2010 11:30:41 PM
but he's black and you're from the south. you clearly hate niggers
5/11/2010 11:53:01 PM
