Single fuse per wiper motor, in my experience

some cars have 2 wiper motors (front and rear)

the bolt may just be loose

or the linkage / bushing may have broken, check that first

do you hear the sound of your motor and the wipers just don't move?

i'd check the mechanical options first

but google your vehicle (year, make, model + wiper system) for schematics / assembly diagrams first to know what to look for

and check youtube to see if someone has posted a fix-it video already too
