You didn't answer my question, and yet, you are re-asserting that they are Israelis. And now you are also claiming it is inside Israel as well.

How do you know they are Israelis? How do you know that is Israel? If I missed some objects/clues in the background that points to Israel/Israelis, please do tell.

Why can't it be US soldiers in Iran? US soldiers in Iraq? Israelis in Iran? Israelis in Syria? Or any of a number of other possibilities.
