I'm looking for a roommate (or roommates) to rent an apartment/house with near NCSU starting at the beginning of August or the very end of July. My current lease runs out July 31.

A little about me: I'm a 23 yr old male student at NC State and will be graduating in December with my second undergraduate degree, though I plan to be around at least until next summer. I would prefer a roommate who is also a student that takes his education seriously, just as I do. I work a lot and spend much of my time at home studying. I'm pretty laid back and don't mind if you smoke, as long as it's outside. I don't mind drinking either, and will certainly do some myself, as long as the party doesn't come home - as I said, I work and study a lot, so I don't need parties going on at home all the time. I'm very easy to get along with and clean up after myself. I also have a 1 yr old German Shepherd Dog who will be living with me. He is crate-trained and likes people; he just has a lot of energy. I'm currently working on socializing him with other dogs, so if you have a dog, that would be just fine as well.

I'm looking to rent near NC State. I have a lot of things for the apartment, as I've been in one for about 4 years now. I have all of the furniture for the living room, a 40" LCD TV with stand and PS3, a front-load washer and dryer, and plenty of things for the kitchen. Unfortunately, many apartments (rather ignorantly) have "breed restrictions" on dogs, and don't allow German Shepherds, though there are a couple I have in mind that do allow them, and I'm sure there are more. However, I of course will not make any decisions without discussing with potential roommates first.
