I'm going to be in New Orleans on Monday & Tuesday (visiting hubby who's been working on the spill).
I'm kind of pressed for time to do research so I need twwers help
It will be me, my husband and two year old daughter. Any recommendations on where to stay (that are kid friendly (she's well behaved for a 2 year old)) and what to do (once again must be kid friendly)??

I was looking up some Guest Houses/Inns/B&B's in the French Quarter

thank you

Andrew Jackson Hotel was nice when we went just after Katrina. Not a lot of frills, but it was nice and clean with a friendly staff and in the French Quarter. Would stay again.

will get you started. you can decide whats appropriate for the 2 year old. have fun!! and even though its 'touristy' i go to cafe du monde EVERY time i am in the city (about 6-8 times a year) its worth it!!

not sure if its mentioned in the thread, i posted but not reading through it again, a lot of places are cash only so be prepared for that. i know cafe du monde is for sure.
