Muffaletta Our twist on a favorite New Orleans' sandwich! A white pizza crust topped with muffaletta (a coarsley chopped mix of black and green olives with carrots, garlic, herbs and olive oil), provolone cheese, salami, canadian bacon, red onions and banana peppers. Donna said it best "Niver, that thing's a salt lick!" (Then she ordered it again!) We know it sounds funky, but trust us - if it wasn't a little twisted, would Capital Creations serve it?! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.20 14 inch (8 slices) $ 19.20
Arizona Chicken (cormeal crust) Picante sauce mixed with sour cream topped with pepperjack cheese, grilled chicken, corn, white onions and green peppers. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.90 14 inch (8 slices) $ 19.80
Kilauea (white crust) Tomato sauce with jalapenos, mozzarella, Canadian bacon, pineapple and green peppers. This one's not on the printed menu any more, but it was too good to go away altogether. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.30 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.60
Chicken Cordon Bleu (white crust) Bleu cheese dressing base with provolone, grilled chicken, Canadian bacon, white onions and romano. This is a crew favorite. Try it on a cornmeal crust for a change of pace. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.60 14 inch (8 slices) $ 19.20
Carolina Pie (white crust) Olive oil with mozzarella, grilled chicken, mandarin oranges and red bell peppers. First introduced at the Jr. League's "Shopping Spree" in 1994, it's been a hit ever since. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.30 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.60
Private Idaho (cormeal crust) Picante sauce with baked potato slices, jalapenos, cheddar, and bacon. Topped with scallions after baking, sour cream served on the side. You'll never guess where this name came from! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.80 14 inch (8 slices) $ 21.60
Hercules (white crust) Tomato sauce, mozzarella, Canadian bacon, ground beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni and salami. No veggies here! (Well, tomato sauce, but that doesn't really count) 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.80 14 inch (8 slices) $ 21.60
Pescky Chicken (white crust) Basil pesto, mozzarella, grilled chicken, feta, red onions and bacon. This could be the best thing you will ever put in your mouth. Your fellow customers agree - this pie out sells everything else on the menu! ALLERGY NOTE: Pesto contains Pine Nuts! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 11.40 14 inch (8 slices) $ 22.80
Ole Mex (cormeal crust) Spicy black bean base with picante sauce, jalapenos, cheddar, mozzarella, ground beef, tomatoes, black olives and red onions. We add fresh cilantro after baking. Spicy and wonderfully messy!. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 11.40 14 inch (8 slices) $ 22.80
Poulet Resistance (white crust) Olive oil with mozzarella, barbeque chicken and red onions. We add fresh cilantro after baking. To all the folks that resist the idea of chicken on a pizza, this is a great place to start. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.30 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.60
Bacon Cheeseburger (white crust) Ketchup and mustard with cheddar, ground beef, tomatoes, white onions and bacon. I can smell the grill from here - hey anybody got a beer?! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.50 14 inch (8 slices) $ 21.00
California Chicken (cormeal crust) Ranch dressing base with jalapenos, pepper jack, grilled chicken, tomatoes, red onions and bacon. This is a customer and crew favorite! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.80 14 inch (8 slices) $ 21.60
Classico (white crust) Tomato sauce and mozzarella with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, white onions and green peppers. Kind of like the "Supreme" from a nameless national chain. . . . But MUCH better! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.20 14 inch (8 slices) $ 20.40
Amore Roma (white crust) Tomato sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and black olives. Ready to try one of our pies, but afraid to go too far? This is a great place to start. Cool Summer Pie (wheat crust) This pizza is served COLD! Topped with hummus, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese and sprouts. Served with raspberry vinaigrette (or any of our dressings) to drizzle over the top. Not your typical pizza pie! C'mon, give it a try! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 10.20 14 inch (8 slices) $ 21.60
Neapolitan (white crust) Tomato sauce and basil pesto with provolone and romano cheese. Jim says add Kalamata olives and white onions for a change of pace! (yeah, it costs a little extra - but it's worth it!) ALLERGY NOTE: Pesto contains Pine Nuts! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.00 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.00
Cuatro Pimientos (cornmeal crust)Olive oil with mozzarella, jalapenos, red and green bell peppers and banana peppers. This is one of those pies that Jim thought would be very popular, however, no one caught on! It's not on the printed menu anymore, but it's still available for the "connected" folks. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.00 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.00
Pomodore E Gorgonzola (cornmeal crust) Basil pesto with provolone, tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese. Yo Ho! This rocks! Believe me, less is more here. ALLERGY NOTE: Pesto contains Pine Nuts! 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.60 14 inch (8 slices) $ 19.20

Spaniko-Pizza (wheat crust) Olive oil base with fresh garlic, spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, and black pepper. Jim blatantly stole this idea from a cool place in D.C.! We believe that you'll love it. 10 inch (6 slices) $ 7.80 14 inch (8 slices) $ 15.60
Tres Fromages (wheat crust) Olive oil base with gorgonzola, mozzarella, and romano cheeses. Topped with fresh basil after baking. Very simple - very tasty. (And yes I know, the name is both Spanish and French. I get to have some fun too!) 10 inch (6 slices) $ 9.00 14 inch (8 slices) $ 18.00
Le Gardeaux (wheat crust) Tomato sauce with mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, white onions and red peppers. i've routinely waited over an hour to get food. now this would be somewhat tolerable if the staff didn't seem like they were doing me a favor waiting the tables (which they barely have to do in the first place). i say this as someone who really likes their pizza and used to go there quite frequently.
i found the best way to enjoy lily's was to call ahead and then just pick it up and bring it home. 5/23/2010 10:23:44 PM |

Really? 2 x 10" is 2 x 25pi in^2 = 50pi in^2 14" is 49pi in^2 I assure you that the additional 3 square inches you would get with two 10-inch pizzas is from the 12 additional inches of crust.
