actually it's 2.5 hours for the finale, but there was a 2 hour recap at 7, and i guess jimmy kimmel is doing some kind of special afterwards, so it's like a 5 hour event.

My parents almost went on a shooting rampage, because Dish Network had a "local outage" on only local channels, and it was only for our regional center or something. They missed the finale of Lost, and my Mom called them up and bitched her ass into 3 months of free TV.

Pretty nice considering I'm just going to stream it from my laptop for them tomorrow.

You just made a 'beautiful ending' and brought out Vincent which of course was the first time I got teary eyed but you only threw me off for about 5 minutes...and now I'm back and I am no longer blinded and I want answers damn it! Well I gotta tell ya...not to get all Hollywoody on you but he was involved enough to make sure that every single page on every single script given to every single person had at least one different word on it to ensure that the script didn't get leaked (and if it did he'd know who it had come from)...and that was per him....so he was involved enough at some level to at the very least realize that the shit wasn't adding up. I mean sure there were a bunch of different writers writing a bunch of different story lines, but perhaps that was the problem...that he one day realized that 10 writers had 10 ideas of where the story was going and he had to do something to make this whole charade look like a legitimate thing.

I mean remember the whole button pressing thing? And what about the lottery numbers that Hurley picked and that were used for other things? What did that have to do with anything? And remember that big black dude from Africa? What was he doing there? And what about Richard? Where the fuck did he come into play from? And Jacob? And Ben? Why were 'the others' already on the Island? And what did that whole magnetic thing have to do with them? I mean I NEED FUCKING ANSWERS AND since JJ is the name most known with the show and the creator, then he needs to answer them OK?! SIX YEARS OF MY LIFE DAMN IT! And considering that when I first started watching the show I was like, 'YEAH RIGHT, no way anyone survived that shit', to find out that indeed, no one did, IS PRETTY FUCKING IOAJ "LJFIL"IOSDFHISDHFKJHSDF

OK....just glad I get to call Modern Family my ABC show of the year instead of 'still' LOST
