Does anybody work there or know of somebody that does? I'm trying to follow up on some positions I applied for out there.

not to discourage you in your attempt to do intelligence gathering on potential employers

but doing it in this manner is probably not the way to go about it

i'd either...

follow up directly with whoever you submitted your application
use less obvious ways of finding your personal network connections. for example, look up the company on linkedin and if you have any once or twice removed connections, it'll let you know.
same approach works on facebook sometimes too
similar approach for twitter if you're on there, find other people on twitter who work for the company, start following them. not that i'd recommend start bothering strangers just b/c you found out they work there, but sometimes it's possible for a conversation to start organically with these people. then if the opportunity comes up, you can mention your interest in working for the company and see if they can help you out

on the other hand, there's always an outside chance that somebody on tww could help you out, but imo it's more likely not and it just comes off as desperate. more power to ya i guess, not the way i'd go about it

I applied there years ago, and they told me I pretty much had it at the interview... then I never heard back from them again, and all attempts to communicate with them was ignored.

I don't have any connections there, but my company is designing and building the expansion buildings for the new blood facilities on the campus

Not that I have seen, but like I said we JUST got the drawings and I haven't even been through them. I am wrapping up another job here in the next few days and may end up working on Talecris.

i have applied for several jobs there and have not had any luck following up with them.
i even have family that works there

i have applied to two positions and received the generic HR email as well

tried to follow up several times

heard nothing

I get those HR emails too. I tried to reply to them and it didn't work. I do know somebody who works at Parexel who's helping me out over there.
