This was in the market just to our east. We were tracking that tornado in our eastern counties and stopped covering it when it got to Winneywood. You wouldn't believe how many people call the station and bitch that I was cutting into COMMERCIALS too much to tell them about storm warnings. Some people just deserve what's coming to them. Let me just pick and choose which people to save today.

They did the same nonsense for a different show's finale a couple of weeks ago. Not 4-5 minutes of showing where the thunderstorm was, but tracking the THUNDERSTORM for 42 minutes. An entire 42 minutes of watching a stupid radar and hearing them talk about it over and over. Ridiculous - thank God for the internet
