Growing up I got it into a couple of fights, probably lost as many as I won, and the cops were never called. Then again, calling the cops back in the day was serious business, unlike today when people call 911 at the drop of a hat.

^ exactly. this isnt a one-off thing. its a continual issue with one kid fucking up all the little kids in a neighborhood, and the dad acts like a dick anytime a parent tries to talk to him about it.

even the mother of the bully kid, who lives next door to the father and the bully, says the kid is constantly beating up little kids.
